Kaylie has been a Lead assistant for over 10 years. She found her interest in dentistry when her little sister’s two front teeth were knocked out from tripping on concrete. When her little sister was 8 years old, her teeth hadn’t grown in, though still. We took her to the dentist office, and he explained scar tissue has formed, causing the teeth not to grow through. Kaylie was able to watch the procedure of helping those teeth come through, and she watched them grow through right in front of her eyes. It was the most amazing thing she had seen. From that day, Kaylie knew where her profession was going.
